Katala covers all major UK exam boards for the English specification GCSE Maths qualification. These include AQA (Assessments and Qualifications Alliance), OCR (Oxford, Cambridge and RSA Exams), and Pearson Edexcel. That's ok, nobody gets everything first time around. If there's something you don't understand, simply hit "Live Chat" at the bottom of your screen and send us your question. Some students even like to snap a picture of what they're stuck on! One of our expert tutors will be there to help.

If you purhcase a Katala subscription then you'll be eligible for a full refund for up to fourteen (14) days from the date of your first payment. Beyond that point you can cancel your subscription anytime, but you won't be eligble for any refunds for monies already paid. Yes! As a parent/guardian, to add a child to your plan, simply head to the student details page and fill in their details. If you need to remove a child from your plan, please message us on live chat with the details and we'll handle the rest.

Yes! You can pause your subscription free of charge at any time. While your subscription is paused, you won’t be billed. You or your child will lose access to Katala, but any learning progress already made will be unaffected. To pause, simply drop us a message on live chat letting us know when you’d like the pause to start, and when you’d like your plan to resume. If you don’t have a resume date in mind, that’s absolutely fine too. Just let us know you’d like to pause, but you’re not sure when you’ll be back.

You can cancel your subscription free of charge at any time. After you cancel your subscription, you won’t be billed. You or your child will lose access to Katala, but any learning progress already made will be unaffected. So, if you change your mind, just let us know and we’ll restart your plan for you. To cancel your subscription, simply drop us a message on live chat and we'll do the rest.
